Breakfast

Watermelon (2.5 pounds cut), Strawberries (1 pound)

Cantaloupe (6 pounds uncut)

“Dateorade” (dates blended into water … consumed during yoga)

Dinner

Cleansing juice (2 pounds beets, 1.5 pounds apples, 1 lemon)

Green juice (around 5 pounds of kale, spinach, and parsley)
