OK, I’ve been slacking off actually … It may not look like it, but I have been.
See, how am I going to know if this 811rv diet is the ticket if I’m doing it half-ass? So, starting this week, I’m going to do 30 days of pure unadulterated 811rv exactly by the book. No occasional meat meals. Not even the occasional McDougall-style cooked vegan meal.
Any 811rv experts out there … advice (and merciless humiliation for my transgressions against your diet dogma) welcome!
