Day 4: Progress Report

Here’s what happened on Day 3:

Breakfast

Cleansing drink of beets, apples, and lemon

Lunch

Half a large watermelon

Dinner

Strawberries and Mangos

A giant 1/2 serving of fresh squeezed veggie juice (made from 5 pounds of kale, rainbow chard, beat greens, and cucumber)

Diet Plan

80/10/10 Raw Vegan (modified slightly)

Supplements

Green Vibrance

Exercise

Bowling (it was a recovery day – cut me some slack)

Notes

Juicing isn’t really an acceptable part of 80/10/10 but I’m adding a bit of it during this transitional phase on the advice of a friend of mine who is a bit of an authority on the Natural Hygiene movement.
