Here’s what happened on Day 2:

Breakfast

Cleansing drink of beets, apples, and lemon

Whole small watermelon

At a vegan Thai restaurant I had some lettuce wraps and a papaya salad.

Notes

I think the food at the Thai restaurant probably had quite a bit of added sugar.  Next time it’s “dressing on the side, please.”
