Day 13: Is Fear of Fast Food Irrational?

I love Penn & Teller.  I think they are genius entertainers and I absolutely love their show Bullshit.  And Penn’s recent appearance on Celebrity Apprentice has my respect at an all-time high.  The man is respectful, competent, and classy.

With that said, they recently ran an episode of Bullshit about fast food saying that it’s generally safe.

I think they are way off on this one.  I’m convinced that the evidence against fast food is vast and conclusive.   While the following video should not be considered in any way conclusive, it is the tip of a very large iceberg of evidence supporting the notion that most fast food is extremely questionable.

What do you think?  Is fast food actually safe?

I’m noticing that when I’m tired, I’m really tired.  Last night I wanted to stay up later than I should have but my body just wasn’t having any of it.  (even though there were very interesting things to keep me awake)
